Responsibilities:

As our Plant Controller, you will play a crucial role in driving our financial performance and making strategic decisions that will shape the future of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all financial operations of the manufacturing plant, including budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management.
2. Conducting detailed financial analysis to identify trends, monitor performance, and highlight areas of concern.
3. Developing and implementing effective forecasting models to predict revenue, costs, and financial outcomes.
4. Preparing comprehensive financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and financial regulations.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

7. Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing a team.
