We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska:
Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.

Serve as a point of contact for Partner firms to deliver exceptional service and support. Coordinate cross‑functional efforts, manage Partner requests, and drive timely, accurate completion. Contribute to training, proactive outreach, and best‑practice adoption across the team.

• Partner Support & Case Management:
  Act as primary contact for post‑transformation Partner offices. Handle incoming requests and manage cases diligently from intake through completion.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  Coordinate with advisors, internal stakeholders, and training teams to ensure accurate, consistent resolution and knowledge transfer. Conduct proactive Partner outreach.
• Training & Knowledge Growth:
  Participate in webinars and training to deepen understanding of systems, processes, and custodial capabilities. Share learnings with the team.
• Quality & Mentorship:
  Demonstrate progression in best practices and provide mentoring to Service Associates as appropriate.
• Other Duties:
  Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools such as Orion, Redtail, and Salesforce preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation required.

• Ability to compile statistics and reports required.
• Planning and time management skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with precision required.
• Ability to assist with creating processes and procedures required.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a service‑related position preferred.

• Starting annual base salary between $60,000 - $76,850.
• Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
