One Morning (8:45am - 1:00pm) and Two Afternoon (12:00pm - 5:15pm) Shifts Available. Positions are permanent, not summer positions.

We serve over 11,000 members in the Omaha Metro area and our Member Service Representatives are the front line to our members.
Is this you?
- Looks to provide members with a consultative mindset to assist all of their financial needs, answering all of their questions, and making sure they leave feeling taken care of.
- Comfortable processing a variety of financial transactions and working in multiple systems, sometimes at the same time.
- Has a keen eye for detail and accuracy to ensure internal audit and procedures are followed.
- Has at least six months of financial industry or related experience.
- Excellent service is your passion.
Starting pay is $17.00/hour
