A rapidly growing, fee-only wealth management firm is seeking a Senior Financial Planner to join its collaborative, high-performing advisory team. This role is ideal for a CFP® professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and wants to contribute to a firm experiencing consistent organic growth.
About the RoleYou’ll work closely with senior advisors to serve high-net-worth families, developing comprehensive financial plans and supporting complex client relationships. This position involves deep financial planning work across retirement, investment, tax, insurance, and estate strategies, as well as mentoring junior staff and helping refine internal processes as the firm continues to scale.
Responsibilities- Build and present comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients
- Conduct research across all areas of financial planning (retirement, tax, investment, insurance, estate)
- Collaborate closely with advisors, CPAs, and portfolio managers to deliver integrated client solutions
- Support client relationship management and contribute to client meetings
- Utilize planning software (e.g., Money Guide Pro , eMoney) and CRM systems
- Mentor and develop junior advisors and associates
- Help drive process improvements and contribute to firm growth initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in comprehensive financial planning
- Strong technical planning and presentation skills
- Proficiency with financial planning tools (Money Guide Pro , eMoney, Holistiplan preferred)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Competitive base salary ($125K–$150K) plus a discretionary bonus (10–15%). The firm offers a clear path to partnership within three years for top performers, along with robust benefits and professional development support.
