** We’re actively seeking a talented
** Senior Market Research/Customer Insights Analyst
** to join our team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. This role follows a hybrid schedule of four days in the office (on-site).As a Senior Market Research/Customer Insights Analyst you’ll move Pacific Life forward by providing support for the life product intelligence function through comprehensive research and analysis of company's markets, customers, competition and/or product mix You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of 5 people in the Consumer Markets division.
** How you'll help move us forward:
*** Execute research and analysis within defined projects
* Support product marketing through market and competitive research
* Provide insights for tactical decisions
* Work independently but within structured assignments
* Support producers and wholesalers by maintaining working knowledge of Pacific Life's and competitors' products
** The experience you bring:
*** Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years of professional experience
** What makes you stand out:
*** Familiarity with Pacific Life's illustration software
* Prior work experience with a life insurance carrier
* Experience preparing and delivering presentations, especially in Power Point
* Can present complex detail in an easily understandable format
* Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View)
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Self-starter with a growth mind-set focused on continual improvement
* Thrives as a member of a highly collaborative and cohesive team
** Base Pay Range:
** The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.$ - $
