Join Our Team as a Mortgage Loan Disclosure Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Mortgage Loan Disclosure Specialist at one of our Charter West Bank LPO offices in Nebraska. In this role, you will help ensure customers receive accurate, timely, and transparent information throughout the mortgage loan process.

• Disclosure Preparation: Prepare and deliver required mortgage loan disclosures in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Document Review: Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Communication: Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to help ensure timely and accurate disclosure delivery.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain detailed records and documentation of disclosure activities.
• Compliance: Stay up to date on mortgage disclosure regulations and comply with all bank policies and procedures.

• Experience: Prior experience with mortgage loan disclosures or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge: Understanding of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements.
