Vice President of Finance

We are a fast‑growing, international SaaS technology company serving enterprise and mid‑market customers across multiple global regions. With approximately $80M in annual recurring revenue, we are scaling rapidly. We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Vice President of Finance to lead the global accounting operations and financial reporting functions. This role is critical in building scalable financial processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s continued growth.

The VP of Finance will oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, tax coordination, and compliance activities, and manage payroll and accounting teams.

• Lead global accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll accounting, and revenue accounting
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Review consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP (and/or IFRS, as applicable)
• Ensure accurate accounting for SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606), deferred revenue, commissions, and subscription billing
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures
• Manage annual audits and maintain relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
• Implement improvements in systems, automation, workflows, and operational efficiencies to support scale
• Oversee international accounting operations, including multi‑entity consolidations, foreign currency accounting, and intercompany transactions
• Lead long‑term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and growth initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance operations team
• Lead ERP optimization and financial systems implementation projects (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Champion AI adoption to enable automation, improve insights, and enhance decision‑making

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
• CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles within SaaS or technology companies
• Demonstrated full‑stack accounting expertise, with hands‑on proficiency across all core functions including GL, AP/AR, payroll, revenue recognition, consolidations, and close processes
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606, and international accounting practices
• Experience managing audits, consolidations, and international accounting operations
• Proven ability to build scalable accounting processes in high‑growth environments
• Strong ERP experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
