Working hours:

Monday – Friday 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM; rotating Saturday 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM.

• Build genuine, lasting relationships with members and become their trusted financial resource.
• Originate and close consumer loans, credit cards, auto, and personal, from application to funding.
• Open and manage accounts: checking, savings, IRAs, HSAs, and certificates.
• Recommend products that fit what members need; no hollow upsells, just real solutions.
• Guide members through mobile and online banking questions (yes, you’re the tech‑savvy one).
• Show up at community events and help grow Mutual 1st’s presence across Omaha.
• Compete to hit and beat your goals, and celebrate when your team does the same.
