Provide advanced administrative and relationship support to the Commercial Banking team throughout the loan closing and relationship management process, including loan preparation, review, documentation, funding, and deposit support for complex transactions.

• Coordinate all aspects of required loan documentation, including ordering due diligence, reviewing loan documents for accuracy, closing the loan, and collaborating with Commercial Loan Services and outside counsel to ensure proper documentation.
• Provide portfolio/collateral administration support by processing daily transactions, reviewing customer financial information, analyzing collateral and financial reports, and maintaining accurate reporting in bank systems.
• Serve as a primary customer support liaison, resolving client issues, handling complex questions, and coordinating with operations, support departments, and business partners.
• Assist in learning and development by ensuring compliance with credit policy, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, and by participating in or leading training sessions for team members.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Business, Finance, or Accounting) required.

• 4–7 years in commercial banking support with complex loan closings, documentation review, and loan administration.
• 4–7 years with internal systems:
  Ambit Commercial Lending System, Core Bank, Sales Pro, and Stucky (or similar).
• 6–8 years of attorney‑prepared loan documentation review, administration, monitoring, and closing experience related to commercial banking (preferred).

$19.62 – $33.64 per hour (actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications). Total compensation may also include incentive, commission, or bonus opportunities.
