Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Financial Representative, based in Omaha, NE. The Financial Representative will be responsible for providing personalized financial guidance to clients, assisting them with insurance, retirement, and investment strategies to achieve their financial goals. Day‑to‑day tasks include developing customized financial plans, educating clients about available financial products and services, and building strong, lasting relationships with members of the local community.

The role also involves participating in and organizing community events to foster connections and make a positive impact.

Qualifications
  • Experience or knowledge in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
  • Understanding of Insurance and Finance principles
  • Familiarity with Investments is a strong advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and relationships with clients
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage in community outreach
  • Organizational and time management skills for effectively managing client portfolios and schedules
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
  • Licensing in insurance and securities (or willingness to obtain these licenses with company support)
