Bankers Title Agency of Nebraska is seeking a Title Examiner to join our Omaha team. In this role, you'll help ensure real estate transactions are built on a solid foundation by delivering accurate, timely, and dependable title services. What You'll Do:

* Review title searches and underwrite title commitments, policies, and endorsements in accordance with company guidelines.

* Provide professional support to clients, lenders, attorneys, and internal team members

* Respond to questions regarding file status, title insurance products, and rate information.

* Open, track, and manage title orders throughout the production process.

* Coordinate closings and communicate with all parties to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.

* Maintain vendor, lender, and file records to support efficient workflow management.

* Monitor turnaround times and maintain organized title records and back-title files.

* Meet established production, quality, and service standards.

What We're Looking For:

* 3+ years of experience in Title Examination/Underwriting

* Understanding of real estate transactions, title searches, and title insurance processes.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret legal and property-related documents.

* Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
