About this Opportunity
As an Enterprise Trader, you will execute all day‑to‑day trading functions on behalf of advisors and clients including trade placement, rebalances, trade reconciliation, list bill processing, incoming cash allocations, trade rejects, and corrective trading within a workflow management‑controlled environment. The role focuses on trading and service issue processing with defined market cutoffs in a high‑quality, regulated setting, working closely with advisor service teams and maintaining strong risk management controls.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the trade flow process, ensuring all trading, cash, and allocation work for mutual funds and ETFs is executed with high quality, within cut‑off times, and according to defined service‑level metrics while maintaining compliance regulations.
- Maintain documentation for all work processes and procedures.
- Develop and propose process improvement suggestions and adhere to all approved work changes for the team.
- Cross‑train as required to meet changing business needs.
- Interact and partner effectively across all appropriate internal business teams and external clients.
- Participate in testing for projects as required by the team.
- Provide backup support for all work and project efforts as needed.
- Assist with team planning and growth strategy.
- Ensure execution of all industry and client‑specific compliance matters within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related financial field (preferred).
- Minimum of two (2) years of trading and servicing team experience in mutual fund services (required).
- Prior experience with Advisor Operations or Retirement Plans Service Operations (preferred).
- Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Excel, custodian platforms, trading platforms, and/or related financial portfolio management software (preferred).
- Prior Orion technology experience (preferred).
- Series
65 License (required); if not held at hire, must be obtained within 90 days. - Ability to own and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Salary Range$30.72 – $45.75 per hour (estimated; may vary by location, experience, and skill level).
