Tributary Capital Management has an opening for an Equity Analyst II to join our Small Cap and Small/Mid Cap investment team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and proposing new ideas for inclusion in our U.S. Small and Small/Mid Cap investment strategies, as well as providing coverage of existing holdings within assigned market sectors. Candidates for this position must have at least five years of experience (8+ years preferred) independently identifying and recommending equity investments for value-oriented portfolios, and must be able to demonstrate an advanced level of insight in their company research, investment valuation, and portfolio recommendations.

Investment Research & Analysis

Develop new investment ideas for Tributary’s U.S. Small Cap and Small/Mid Cap investment strategies, providing an advanced level of insight to portfolio managers through company research, investment valuation, and portfolio recommendations.
Investment Coverage
:
Cover assigned stocks and economic market sectors, communicating with portfolio managers and other members of the investment team to explain and articulate news, earnings, and other events.
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Finance, Economics, Accounting).
- CFA Designation or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of equity research & analysis experience, 8+ years preferred.
