Financial Billing Analyst
About your roleAs a Financial Billing Analyst, you will support Finance Shared Services by executing core billing activities for assigned clients and solution lines. You will collaborate with internal partners and client contacts to manage implementations, renewals, and ongoing billing accuracy. Your work helps ensure complete, timely, and accurate invoicing, supporting revenue recognition and a consistent client experience.
What you’ll do- Perform business analysis for client databases, researching billing history, posting invoices, preparing and validating billing feeds, trend analysis to determine data errors and validate corrections prior to invoicing clients.
- Ensure client billing is recorded timely and accurately for revenue cycles.
- Review client contracts for action and implementation.
- Verify exceptions and audit reports.
- Participate in turnover meetings and special projects as assigned.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including large data sets, X Look‑up, and Pivot tables).
- Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
- 2+ years professional work experience in customer service and/or military/internship experience.
- Order‑to‑Cash experience within an ERP platform (SAP, Oracle or similar).
- Experience performing business analysis tasks related to client databases, billing history, research, and invoice posting.
- Experience validating billing feeds and trend analysis.
- Experience ensuring accuracy and timeliness in client billing.
- This role is on‑site Monday through Friday. In‑person collaboration is essential to this role.
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
