MAKE AN IMPACT

As a Transaction Advisory Senior
, you will

  • Play a key role in financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers
  • Analyze target company financials, identify risks and value drivers, and translate complex data into actionable insights that support critical transaction decisions
  • Participate in buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence engagements across a variety of industries
  • Analyze historical financial statements, earnings quality, working capital, and cash flow trends
  • Prepare quality of earnings analyses, financial models, and client‑ready reports
  • Manage day‑to‑day execution of engagements, including timelines, deliverables, and information flows
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an integrated transaction advisory approach
  • Be a lean‑forward, client‑focused, relationship‑based individual that enjoys working collaboratively as a team to achieve goals
  • Be responsible for adding value to our clients, seeking out new ways that we may be able to enhance their business
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • 2–4 years of accounting, audit, or transaction advisory experience
  • CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA certification, preferred
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement analysis
  • Exposure to or interest in financial due diligence, M&A, or transaction advisory services
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
  • A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
