Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Fraud & Dispute Associate to join their team. As a Fraud & Dispute Associate you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting dispute resolution and fraud prevention initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Schedule

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Responsibilities
  • Investigate, evaluate, and process disputes/chargebacks, contacting cardholders to investigate possible fraud.
  • Understand compliance and verification procedures to effectively process cardholder information, staying up to date on network regulatory requirements and client guidelines.
  • Monitor systems to detect possible fraudulent behavior related to card usage and deliver a great customer experience via inbound and outbound calls with clients and cardholders.
  • Track and take action on cases within time frames based on regulatory guidelines and client requirements, entering data into client‑specific systems to accurately record and keep track of cardholder, card, transaction, and case information.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding chargeback requirements, system processing and functionality, dispute lifecycle, claim status, and data input.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • 0–2 years of financial or customer service experience and/or equivalent military experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint).
  • Intermediate computer skills (minimum 40 WPM).
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation at $21/hr.
  • Work schedule Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
