Job Overview
Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership and leasing group. We are seeking a Branch Office Specialist to support branch operations by assisting customers and employees. The role provides a professional, courteous, and helpful atmosphere as the face and voice of the branch. Responsibilities include answering all incoming calls, routing them appropriately, greeting visitors, and performing office and clerical tasks assigned by the Regional Accounting Manager and Branch Manager.
Responsibilities- Route all incoming calls.
- Prepare and deliver the daily bank deposit.
- Scan documents for use by Regional and Corporate offices.
- Process payables and purchase orders.
- Order office supplies.
- Perform billing functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Previous office experience required.
- Accounting degree or work experience preferred but not required.
