As a Senior Financial Analyst for the Money Network, you will deliver analysis and actionable insights that shape budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions across our business. You collaborate with finance, operations, and product partners to translate data into clear, data-driven recommendations. Your work advances resource allocation, profitability, and performance reporting so leaders can make informed decisions grounded in financial rigor.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain driver-based financial models to support scenario planning, investment cases, and long-range planning.
  • Lead monthly forecast updates and partner with stakeholders to explain revenue, expense, and margin trends versus plan and prior periods.
  • Support monthly close activities by preparing analyses for accruals, reclasses, and variance explanations and coordinating with Accounting.
  • Analyze key business drivers, key performance indicators (KPIs), and unit economics to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement actions.
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards and reports using Excel and business intelligence tools to visualize performance and progress to goals.
  • Present findings and recommendations to finance and business leaders, ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment to objectives.
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis and/or similar discipline
  • Experience building and maintaining complex financial models and delivering insights that influence business or investment decisions
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, data modeling) and experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools (for example, Power BI, SAP or a similar platform)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Exposure to payments, financial technology (fintech), or issuer pre-paid/debit card holder economics and KPI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) concepts related to revenue recognition and expense accruals.

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Sponsorship:

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Benefits at Fiserv:

  • Eight Employee Resource Groups to foster a collaborative culture and expand your network.
  • Unparalleled professional growth with training, development, and internal mobility opportunities.
