Finance Manager
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations within a complex, project-based environment. This role partners closely with senior leadership and project teams, overseeing finance, accounting, and cost functions while driving financial performance, compliance, and disciplined risk management across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead finance, accounting, and cost teams, creating a high-performing organization through coaching, mentoring, training, and structured performance management
- Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership and operations, providing financial insight, analysis, and guidance to support project execution and growth initiatives
- Develop, analyze, and present financial statements, forecasts, and operating reports to support planning, decision-making, and performance tracking
- Oversee cash management, billing, collections, and receivables while driving profitability, liquidity, and working capital efficiency
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and financial policies, with a strong focus on risk management and ethical financial practices
- Continuously improve financial systems, processes, and reporting to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
