Job Summary:

The Treasury Management Officer (TMO) provides sales and service of non-credit Treasury Services business solutions to customers and prospects utilizing a consultative sales and relationship management approach. This position will participate as the Treasury Services liaison for various product and repricing committees as assigned.

• Represent the Treasury Management Department on product and re-pricing committees as assigned.
• Perform sales and service of Business Services products to existing customers and prospects.
• Support other bank officers with customers, prospecting, proposals, and referrals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• BA/BS degree in a business-related field (preferred).
• At least (X) years of Treasury Services experience required, ranging from one to ten years depending on level (I-IV).
• Sales experience with consultative selling skills required.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification required or to be obtained within first 12 months (for senior levels). For lower levels, CTP is desired.
• Strong knowledge of banking and Business Services products and services.
• Knowledge of banking deposit operations processing.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of bank regulations.
