Position Overview
U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management (PWM) seeks a Private Wealth Advisor (PWA) to identify, close, and deepen client relationships across high and ultra‑high net worth client segments. The PWA works with a team of specialists to provide integrated wealth and estate planning, investment, banking, credit, insurance, charitable giving, and fiduciary services.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, acquire, and retain relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Develop and execute internal and external sales strategies to grow the client base.
- Collaborate with specialists to deliver holistic, customized client strategies.
- Act as a conduit between PWM’s strategic partners in the region and the community.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Eight or more years of experience interacting with high and ultra‑high net worth clients.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration, with compliance to the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation
Z. - Eligibility to pass a criminal background and credit check; maintenance of satisfactory records.
- Established network with strong relationship‑management, networking, and business‑development skills.
- Successful track record in specific client segments or verticals and formation of strategic partnerships.
- Ability to profile clients and formulate customized strategies that address their needs.
- Holistic approach to client relationships; ability to organize and prioritize a team of specialists.
- Excellent communication skills, simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Passion for problem‑solving and acting as a strategic advisor.
- Decisiveness and independence, acting as a business owner.
- Professional designation such as CFA or CFP is preferred.
