Summary of the Job

FNBO Wealth is hiring a Private Client Manager to support the Team‑Led advisory team, including Ultra High Net Worth customers, with daily customer servicing needs for long‑term planning. The role involves working closely with the Private Wealth Advisor and other team members to deliver advice, guidance, and solutions that help clients create and maintain financial wellbeing around their long‑term life goals.

This Role
  • Manage the daily servicing needs for an assigned customer portfolio to support the Advisory team in identifying customer needs and delivering solutions.
  • Anticipate customer needs, recognize opportunities, and recommend appropriate Wealth Management services to the Private Wealth Advisor.
  • Assure relationship profitability by monitoring service levels, fee revenue, and additional fees for services rendered.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for transactions, ensuring completeness and required approvals.
  • Monitor all account activity by reviewing and validating daily transactions.
  • Maintain documentation of all client contacts, written and verbal, to confirm discussions and actions.
  • Monitor portfolio of accounts, notify team members of outstanding balances, and anticipate cash needs for investments, asset purchases, distributions, and expense payments.
  • Reconcile account cash balances and prepare account status reports.
  • Conduct annual administrative, investment, and asset reviews with awareness of administrative risk.
  • Monitor and resolve outstanding items in collaboration with the team.
  • Meet regularly with the Private Wealth Advisor to review portfolio accounts and plan administrative actions necessary for exceptional customer service.
  • Apply functional and technical knowledge to solve customers’ basic to complex problems using sound analytical judgment and identify innovative solutions.
  • Engage internal or external resources for more complex customer needs.
  • Execute transactions in a timely manner and exhibit professional behavior, promoting positive and collaborative relationships.
  • Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, and FINRA/SEC regulations, and the bank’s BSA/AML Program as applicable to all duties.
The Ideal Candidate for This Role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1‑3+ years of experience in the investment or financial services industry.
  • Working knowledge of standard concepts and procedures within the field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents.
  • Clear, articulate, and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in creating documents and presentations tailored to the audience.
  • Ability to identify problems, research contributing factors, and evaluate solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement.
  • Collaborative team player with strong listening skills to understand customer needs.
  • Committed to delivering a helpful, easy, and personal customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63 & 65) registrations.
  • State Life, Accident & Health and Variable Contract insurance licenses.
  • Certifications or degrees such as CRPC, CFP, CPA, CFA, CWS, CTFA, CFM, MBA, JD, or ability to earn accreditation.
  • Unrestricted work authorization without future sponsorship requirements.
Compensation

Base Pay Range: $63,288.00 - $.

Work Environment

Hybrid model: 3 days in‑person and 2 days remote per week, with flexible scheduling based on business needs.
