Loan Operations Specialist II

You’ll collaborate across departments, improve processes, and take ownership of work that directly impacts client experience and responsible growth. If you value accuracy, accountability, and being relied upon, this role offers real purpose.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare complex loan documentation for assigned commercial loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Manage accuracy of boarding of loans assigned along with maintenance and updates of the Loan Accounting System.
  • Monitor and report all incomplete or pending documentation exceptions on the tickler management system.
  • Assist with HMDA and FHLB data capture.
  • Assist Credit Administration and Loan Operations Manager with special projects to support portfolio growth as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, desired.
  • Minimum of three to five years or more of experience in preparing loan documentation and credit instruments.
  • In depth experience and understanding of financial institution products and services, applicable laws and regulations and credit instruments.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial lending policies and procedures.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, ability to handle successfully manage multiple priorities and produce results, ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated/takes initiative.
  • Proficiency with computer typing.
  • Ability to effectively work with colleagues and on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently and within established time frames.
