Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm;
Rotating Saturday 8:45am - 12:00pm
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with members and become their trusted financial resource
- Originate and close consumer loans, credit cards, auto, and personal, from application to funding
- Open and manage accounts: checking, savings, IRAs, HSAs, and certificates
- Recommend products that fit what members need; no hollow upsells, just real solutions
- Guide members through mobile and online banking questions (yes, you're the tech-savvy one)
- Show up at community events and help grow Mutual 1st's presence across Omaha

- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a sales-driven customer service role is a strong plus. More than anything, we want people who build trust fast, follow through on commitments, and hold themselves to a higher standard every day.
