Pacific Life is hiring Licensed Financial Services Representatives in Omaha, NE and Charlotte, NC to serve as a trusted resource for policyholders and financial professionals navigating meaningful financial moments. This is a fully inbound role — no cold calling, no sales quotas, no book of business to maintain.

Just meaningful work, a structured environment, and a clear path forward. Licensed candidates move to our hybrid schedule immediately — in office one day a week.

• Handle 40–60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals.
• Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details.
• Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism.
• Process requests and document interactions in internal systems.
• Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Enjoy helping people and solving problems.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Are comfortable in a high-volume call environment.
• Learn new concepts quickly and adapt to change.
• Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and systems.

• 1–2 years of customer‑facing experience (call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or similar).
• FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 licenses.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfort using multiple computer systems.
• Ability to work in a structured, fast‑paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in financial services or insurance.

By Level:

• Specialist:
Omaha: $29–$31 per hour

• Specialist:
Charlotte: $30–$32 per hour

• Senior Specialist:
Omaha: $32–$34 per hour

• Senior Specialist:
Charlotte: $33–$35 per hour
