Our client is a $1.4 billion bank HCO seeking a Commercial Loan Officer for their West Omaha/Elkhorn location. The portfolio out of that branch is 60% CRE and 40% C&I. The position will involve inheriting an existing portfolio with an amount that depends on the new loan officer’s experience. The bank is looking for individuals with 5 to 20+ years of experience and the ideal candidate will be able to take on the portfolio and continue to grow it.
Typical credits will be in the 1 to 5 million dollar range, though smaller and larger loans are also possible.
