Client Services Associate – Client Services Team
As a member of the Client Services team, you will partner with the Financial Planner to provide high‑level customer service to our clients, strengthening and maintaining client relationships through proactive communication and administrative support.
Responsibilities- Coordinate client meetings, greet clients, prepare appointments, and support the completion of required paperwork.
- Supervise client account activity, research and resolve issues.
- Prepare and review all new account paperwork to ensure completeness and proper order.
- Verify that accounts are traded into the accurate model, and assist operation teams with rollovers, funding, and transfers.
- Document key client achievements and relevant data in systems for future interactions.
- Maintain risk awareness and compliance; identify problems in a timely manner in alignment with corporate policies and regulatory procedures.
- Support firm initiatives, assist with company‑wide projects, attend functions as needed.
- Participate in projects, task forces, councils, and product rollouts to represent client service interests.
- Two years of relevant experience (Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities.
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required.
- Able to adapt to changes in the work environment, handle challenging demands, and work with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Position requires a high level of confidentiality.
Pay Range: $54,000 – $65,000 USD per year (based on responsibilities, skills, experience, location, and market conditions). In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an annual target cash bonus and discretionary bonuses for client introductions, strong client relationships, and team performance. Details on bonus structure will be discussed during the interview process and after hire.
