Equity Analyst II

Job Summary

Tributary Capital Management is seeking an Analyst II to join our Small Cap and Small/Mid Cap investment team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and proposing new ideas for inclusion in our Small and Small/Mid Cap investment strategies, as well as providing coverage of existing holdings within assigned market sectors.

Applicants must have at least five years of experience (8+ years preferred) independently identifying and recommending equity investments for value‑oriented portfolios, and must demonstrate an advanced level of insight in company research, investment valuation, and portfolio recommendations.

• Investment Research & Analysis:
  Develop new investment ideas for Tributary’s Small and Small/Mid Cap investment strategies; provide an advanced level of insight and value‑add to portfolio managers through company research, investment valuation, and portfolio recommendations; offer purchase and sale recommendations regarding assigned stocks/sectors.
• Investment Coverage:
  Cover stocks and economic market sectors, as assigned; communicate with portfolio managers and other members of the investment team to explain and articulate news, earnings, and other events pertaining to covered stocks/sectors.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• CFA designation or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of equity research & analysis experience (8+ years preferred).
• Ability to make investment recommendations within a value‑oriented investment process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Unrestricted work authorization and no requirement for future sponsorship.

This is an on‑site position located in our Omaha, Nebraska headquarters. A remote option is not available.

Base pay range: $89,828.00 - $. Starting pay may be within this range. Final compensation offer to the selected candidate may vary based on experience, education, and skill level.
