• Build lasting customer relationships by understanding financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
• Provide exceptional service by creating a positive and personalized experience for every customer.
• Meet with customers to identify opportunities and provide solutions that support their financial goals.
• Open new accounts, assist with account maintenance, and ensure customer information is accurate and up to date.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
• Represent the bank at community events and participate in local networking opportunities.
• Support team initiatives and complete special projects and assignments as needed.

• Someone comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• 1+ year of banking experience,
  or
• 2+ years of customer-focused experience in a service, sales, hospitality, or related environment,
  or
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
• Part-time team members must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Saturday hours are scheduled on a rotating basis.
