• Average $25‑$40/hr
• Hourly wage, tips, commissions on memberships, retail products & add‑on services (braids, updos, extensions)
• Paid training in the salon
• Opportunities to grow through management and education career paths
• Flexible schedules – current ideal shifts available:
• Mon: 7 am – 3 pm
• Wed: 12 pm – 8 pm or 2 pm – 8 pm
• Thu: 12 pm – 8 pm
• Fri: 12 pm – 8 pm
• Sat: 12 pm – 6 pm
• Sun: 10 am – 4 pm or 10 am – 6 pm

We have a super fun team and an upscale salon atmosphere.

• Valid Nebraska cosmetology/cosmetologist license
• Excellent styling and finishing skills
• A desire to provide exceptional service
• Strong communication skills
• Drive, motivation, and a willingness to work with and be part of a team
• Desire to thrive in a creative and dynamic atmosphere, with team‑building activities and community involvement

We also support hairstylists in growing their side cut & color business through referrals from our steady stream of clients.

We accept applications from those attending cosmetology school looking to further their career in the beauty industry.
