Our Home Health RN Will:
Responsibilities- Provide individualized care by treating each patient as they would want a loved one treated.
- Develop care plans that reflect each person and their needs.
- Be detail-oriented, knowing that carefully managed patients (medications, treatments, communication, aide supervision, etc.) have more comfort and dignity.
- Focus on customer service when interacting with patients, families, communities/facilities, and all partners and co-workers.
- Help team members improve through instruction and support.
- Build and manage meaningful relationships with all partners.
