Building Maintenance Worker

We are currently adding to our growing Team and seeking multiple Full-time RBT's for our SW Center located at 138th & Q St. There may be some travel to our NW center which is located off of 88th & Blondo St. Must have completed RBT required training and hold a valid RBT certificate to be considered.

We are looking for someone with availability Monday through Friday 8am-5:30pm. These positions are full-time.

This is Center-Based Care with a BCBA onsite and materials are provided.

The Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for providing one-on-one and group instruction and assistance for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or children with behavior or skill acquisition concerns. All instruction will occur at the discretion of a BCBA, BCBA-D, or appropriate designated supervisor.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Implements specific plans for specific clients to build skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Collects data and documents client session progress.
• Assists with preparation of materials for client sessions as needed.
• Provides training and support to classroom staff in implementing best practices in the classroom.
• Available Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm.

• Serves as appropriate adult role model for clients at the Center.
• Demonstrates pride in his/her work and in the company by following appropriate dress code, wearing their CRCC name tag, and maintaining professional appearance/grooming.
• Assists directors with maintenance of own personnel records regarding training, health information, etc.
• Consistently applies overall operating policies and procedures of CRCC, including State and Federal Guidelines.
• Remains calm and poised during challenging situations.

CRCC also offers excellent benefits for part-time employees.

• For Casual and Part-time employees'- who work 15-29 hours per week and Part-time 30 plus hours worked per week, who work at least 80 hours of consecutive employment in a calendar year, will accrue one hour per each 30 hours worked with an accrual cap of 56 hours.
• Holiday policy for paid holidays for part-time staff that average 15 to 35 hours a week, will be paid the average daily hours worked up to a maximum of 4 hours.
• CRCC employees' who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for health, dental and vision benefits.
