Job Responsibilities:- Provide patient-centered care to individuals in need of assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Support patients with mobility and range of motion exercises
- Assist with medication reminders
Document patient care services and communicate with healthcare team members
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide in the state of Nebraska
- Previous experience in a home healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
