Aislinn Medical Spa is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Spa Assistant who loves skincare, aesthetics, and client care. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a career in the medical spa industry and enjoys combining hospitality, sales, and hands-on clinical support.
About UsAislinn Medical Spa opened in 2020 and has quickly become a trusted destination for advanced aesthetic care, laser services, injectables, facials, and wellness treatments. Our team blends medical expertise with a luxury experience, and our Spa Assistants play a key role in ensuring every client feels supported from start to finish.
What You ll Do- Welcome clients, check them in and out, and process payments.
- Assist clients in understanding treatment options, skincare products, and memberships (training provided).
- Support retail sales, rebooking efforts, and seasonal promotions.
- Make outbound calls to schedule follow-up visits and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare charts and maintain accurate client information in our EMR.
- Conduct patient intake including medication review, allergy verification, VISIA skin analysis, and photo documentation.
- Assist medical providers during treatments with setup, cleanup, and patient flow.
- Perform phlebotomy, administer injections, and process in-house labs.
- Manage prescription refill requests, relay lab information within scope, and return patient phone calls.
- Keep treatment rooms and client spaces organized and ready.
- Participate in quarterly sales events and community outreach.
- Ensure the overall clinic experience runs smoothly for providers and clients.

- Organized, professional, and multitask ready
- Enjoys learning medical workflows and supporting providers
- Comfortable shifting between front desk, clinical support, and sales conversations
- Confident with both client interaction and behind-the-scenes tasks
- Thursday: 8am–7pm
- Friday: 8am–4pm
- Rotating Saturdays: 9am–3pm
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Certified Medical Assistant or Medication Aide Certification
- Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or healthcare setting (1+ year)
