NCS is currently seeking a Clinical Research Data Coordinator. This position will be responsible for the collection, coordination and quality control of clinical trial data.

- Extrapolate data, complete case report forms and ensure data submission.
- Train on various trial systems including, but not limited to Clinical Trials Management System, local clinical trials database and other resources available to access research forms and keep current all applicable patient reporting and tracking functions.
- Actively prepare for/participate in monitoring and auditing activities.
- Create process ensuring all queries are resolved.
- Collect survival data and report to sponsor.
- Responsible for updating screening enrollment logs for study protocols.
- Schedule study monitor visits. Set up profiles for research monitors within the EMR system.
- Contact physician or referring physician offices for data follow up on research patients.
- Initiate Serious Adverse Event Reporting and follow up.
- Work in compliance with all applicable research entities and federal, state, and local regulatory bodies.
Associate degree or relevant experience in a clinical or scientific related discipline desired.
