Job Summary and Responsibilities

Sign on bonus: $5,000

Educational Assistance (loan forgiveness): $10,000

• Conduct therapy sessions with patients through individual, group, family, and/or significant other counseling and education to assist them in achieving defined treatment goals.
• Refer and collaborate with the care team, other agencies, and significant others with a joint interest in meeting the patient’s needs.
• Respond to crisis situations and provide crisis intervention to patients in the assigned program.

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work.
• Must have an active license in Nebraska: LIMHP.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required.

A 64-bed adult psychiatric facility, Lasting Hope Recovery Center is a place of healing. All rooms are private.
