Mental Health Therapist

Hope Collaborative, LLC is hiring an in-person, telehealth, and or hybrid Contract Mental Health Therapist (1099) in Omaha, NE serving Nebraska and Iowa via in-office and telehealth. We are a trauma-informed, clinically driven contractual group practice seeking a licensed therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LIMHP, LMHP, LPC, LMFT, LISW, PMHP) who values autonomy, ethical practice, and professional growth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, individual business development tasks such as providing outpatient psychotherapy, completing assessments and treatment planning, maintaining timely and compliant documentation, and delivering evidence-based care in alignment with insurance coverage guidelines and within scope of state licensure. May be required to pass a background check based on third-party contractual requirements.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of post-graduate experience, strong clinical judgment, and interest in working with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and or complex cases; advanced training such as EMDR, Brain spotting, IFS, or other specialty certifications may be a plus.

As a contractor, you maintain schedule flexibility and clinical independence while benefiting from professional administrative services, such as medical billing, private office space, security features, credentialing support, insurance verification, assistance with marketing and referral development, EHR, encrypted email, hospital affiliation, electronic check-in, individual and group consultation and supervision options, networking, and additional infrastructure features designed to reduce burnout and help you focus on clinical excellence.
