About Eloura Therapy

At Eloura, we believe in creating Room to Restore - a safe, grounded space where healing can begin and growth can unfold.

Our work is rooted in empathy, integrity, and presence. We support individuals navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions through care that is both clinically excellent and deeply human.

Equally important, we are intentional about building a healthy, collaborative professional community. Mental health work can be isolating, so we designed Eloura to be different: a place where clinicians are supported, challenged to grow, and strengthened through meaningful collaboration.

Role

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our practice and provide high‑quality, trauma‑informed care within a supportive clinical team.

This is a W-2 position (not contract) focused on long‑term clinical sustainability, consistency, and professional growth. We value clinicians who approach their role with professionalism, reliability, and a genuine commitment to the clients and team they choose to join.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and/or couples therapy using an integrative, trauma‑informed approach.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in Jane App.
  • Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, and team collaboration.
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues with professionalism, warmth and respect.
  • Adhere to all clinical policies, HIPAA standards, and documentation requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Active Nebraska mental health license (LIMHP, LMHP, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience or working acknowledgement of outpatient therapy.
  • Ability to maintain a caseload of approximately 5 clients per day once established.
  • Availability to work at least two evenings shifts per week based on client demand.
  • Ability to work 3-5 days per week with schedule reliability.
  • Strong documentation, professionalism, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to provide at least two professional references and recommendation letters.
  • Interest in long‑term, stable employment within collaborative practice.

Please note:

this role is for fully licensed or graduate students (that have provisional license). Interns positions are not available at this time.

Schedule & Work Model
  • Hybrid model: in‑person sessions at our Omaha office + HIPAA‑compliant Telehealth.
  • Flexible scheduling within client demand and clinical expectations.
  • Consistent outpatient structure focused on sustainable workload and quality of care.
Compensation & Support
  • Salary range: $60,000 - $125,000 per year (based on experience and license level)
  • W‑2 employment with payroll through ADP (taxes withheld)
  • Full administrative support provided (billing, scheduling, and practice management systems)
  • Marketing and visibility support (Psychology Today profile management, website presence and clinician profile, and social media and digital content promotion).
  • Office space provided for in‑person sessions (Omaha location)
  • Clinical and operational resources (Jane App access, Voxer, Google Workspace, etc.)
Our Clinical Values
  • Ethical and accountable practice
  • Reliability and follow‑through
  • Commitment to professional growth
  • Respect for structure, process, and team collaboration
  • Long‑term engagement with their clinical work and workspace.
  • Hope
  • Growth
  • Balance
  • Authenticity
Why Eloura?
  • Strong clinical standards and ethical practice
  • Collaborative, non‑hierarchical culture
  • Emphasis on sustainability and burnout prevention
  • A practice designed to care for both clients and clinicians.
