At Home Nursing With Heart in Omaha NE, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for our home nursing services. As a Patient-centered care advocate, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.

• Provide patient-centered care to individuals receiving occupational therapy services in their homes
• Assist in developing and implementing customized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist
• Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activities to promote improved function
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with therapists and nurses

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Nebraska
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
