Job Description:

This position involves providing care to critically ill adult and pediatric patients in a Med Surg ICU setting. Nurses will manage various conditions including neuro and general surgeries, respiratory failure, and cardiac complications. The role requires titration of drips and real-time training on specific procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Titrate and manage drips including vasopressors, paralytics, and sedation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Attend rapid response and code situations as needed.
• Interpret and monitor telemetry strips independently.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license and compliance with a 50-mile radius rule.
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Experience in critical care and ability to interpret telemetry.
• Positive attitude, critical thinking skills, and strong teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to float to all inpatient units except Maternity/NICU.
