We are hiring Certified or Non‑Certified Surgical Techs who have completed a Surgical Tech education program. Pay will differ per position. Ask a Recruiter for details.

As a Surgical Tech, you will help prepare the operating room and surgical team so they can successfully perform a variety of surgical procedures for patients. Every day you will set up surgical equipment and instruments, assist the surgical team, and ensure a sterile environment. You will be expected to adapt quickly, collaborate effectively within the OR team, and contribute directly to the patient’s healing process.

To be successful in this role, you must possess adaptability, a strong team‑player mindset, and enthusiasm for supporting complex surgical procedures.

• Perform surgical technology tasks and functions with other members of the surgical team, including:
• Preparing the operating room for surgical procedures by ensuring equipment functions properly and safely.
• Preparing the operating room and the sterile field by preparing sterile supplies, instruments and equipment using sterile techniques.
• Demonstrating knowledge of human anatomy and pathophysiology and how it relates to the patient and surgical procedure.
• Performing tasks in the sterile field.
• Performing in the role of scrub nurse according to the plan of patient care and departmental staffing needs.
• Performing duties according to department‑specific expectations as identified and assigned.
• Assisting with patient care activities under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Anticipating usual and unexpected events during the surgical procedure and responding efficiently.
• Adhering to aseptic practices, providing and maintaining a safe environment.

• Pay Range: $25.42 – $37.82 /hour
• Sign‑on Bonus:
  Up to $5,000 available.
• Education Assistance:
  Up to $7,000 available.

• Certified Surgical Technologist preferred.
• Completion of Surgical Technology program.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.

• 1 year experience.
