Job Summary:

Part-Time Evening/Night CNA at Legacy Square, Henderson Health Care Services

Henderson Health Care Services (HHCS) is looking for a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for evenings/nights at Legacy Square, a long-term care facility.

• Ensure resident safety and follow facility policies and procedures.
• Provide direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including eating, dressing, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Take vital signs as directed by the Charge Nurse.
• Assist with meal distribution and feeding residents as needed.
• Help residents in and out of bed, and with transfers between bed, chair, and wheelchair.
• Respond to call lights and assist residents promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including changing bed linens and collecting laundry.
• Assist Charge Nurse with admissions and dismissals, and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior.
• Follow infection control procedures and assist in maintaining cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing.

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Nebraska, with current certification on the registry. Experience in geriatric nursing is desirable.
