Join our team in downtown Omaha as a Clinical Case Manager supporting our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). In this role, you will provide compassionate, confidential behavioral health and substance use support to employees while helping them access the resources they need to thrive.
This is a temporary, part-time position (20–25 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time, permanent role that includes expanded clinical and program development responsibilities. The position is anticipated to begin as early as August
. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with education, licensure, and experience.
- Clinical Case Management: Conduct assessments, coordinate care, develop service plans, and connect employees with appropriate community and behavioral health resources.
- Substance Use Support: Provide assessment, brief intervention, education, and ongoing support for employees experiencing substance use concerns, while coordinating referrals for specialized treatment when appropriate.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic health records in accordance with professional, ethical, and organizational standards.
- Employee Assistance Services: Support employees through personal and workplace challenges by delivering short-term, solution-focused counseling, consultation, and resource navigation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care while maintaining appropriate clinical boundaries and confidentiality.
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field.
- Full independent behavioral health licensure is preferred.
- Candidates actively working toward independent licensure are encouraged to apply.
- Provisionally licensed clinicians are welcome; clinical supervision is available for qualified candidates.
- Experience in case management, behavioral health, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), or substance use counseling is preferred.
- Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain clinical boundaries, exercise sound judgment, and work effectively within a corporate wellness environment.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
