Gentiva Hospice is seeking a dependable Hospice Aide/CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to patients in home, assisted living, or inpatient settings.
You will perform ADLs, monitor changes, document visits, and support families while adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
Active CNA license, CPR, and reliable transportation are required; six months of patient care experience preferred. This is a full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package.
