About the Role

Above and Beyond Therapy offers paid training to become a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). This position provides in‑home or center‑based ABA therapy for children with autism.

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including those with experience as childcare providers, nurses, preschool teachers, tutors, behavioral technicians, camp counselors, volunteers, special education staff, and more.

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and be punctual to appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation; must pass a criminal background check.

$18–$28 per hour.
