Position Overview
Cityscape Healthcare is seeking a Mobile Clinical Assistant to support our providers in delivering high-quality wound care services across clinic and in-home settings. This role works directly alongside Nurse Practitioners and physicians, assisting with patient flow, documentation, and overall visit efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and is comfortable traveling.
Responsibilities:
- Travel with providers to patient visits (clinic and in-home settings)
- Help position patients and support providers during visits as needed
- Ensure providers have all necessary supplies and information for each patient
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment
- Support real-time charting within our EMR system during patient visits
- Accurately document visit details, treatments, and provider notes
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted timely
- Assist with scheduling coordination and daily route preparation
- Maintain organization of supplies and inventory for mobile visits
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding patient needs and updates
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology and real-time documentation
- Ability to work closely with providers and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pay:
Starting at $20/hour - Full-time opportunity with consistent daytime scheduling
- Travel throughout the Omaha and surrounding areas required
