What You’ll Do:
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:
- Assisting with the creation of community newsletters, promotions, and social media posts for company websites
- Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, including 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM shifts on Thursdays and Fridays, plus rotating 4-hour shifts on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
- 1+ year of experience in activity development, planning, and execution within a senior living or related industry (preferred).
- Experience caring for individuals with cognitive and memory-care needs.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Compassionate communication and teamwork skills.
