What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, individualized support based on each client’s care plan.
- Assist with personal care
, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting - Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
- Provide companionship and social interaction
- Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation when needed
- Perform light housekeeping to help maintain a safe and comfortable home
- Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs
- Complete accurate care notes and communicate with the care team
- Follow each client’s individualized care plan and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving or senior care experience preferred
- CNA certification preferred, but not required
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to client care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Ability to perform physical caregiving duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Smartphone required for Well Sky timekeeping
- Fluent in English
