* Job Summary:

** A licensed clinical professional is responsible for providing comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families, primarily in a school-based setting, with potential service delivery in an outpatient clinical office setting. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, and the delivery of evidence-based interventions to help clients manage symptoms, develop coping skills, improve functioning, and enhance overall well-being.
The ideal candidate is a licensed clinician experienced in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, with a strong commitment to ethical, client-centered practice. Success in this role requires effective collaboration with school personnel, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support positive student outcomes.
** Responsibilities:**#
** Essential Functions
** Clinical Services (65%)
* Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments (as pertinent to care model) and determine appropriate levels of care.  + Assess for risk of harm to self or others
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Provide psychotherapy and counseling services utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
* Collaborate with other healthcare providers and/or stakeholders to ensure holistic and integrated care.
* Crisis Intervention  + Respond to mental health crises and provide immediate support.  + De-escalate crises and promote safety.  + Facilitate and deliver critical incident response services and offer psychoeducation as requested  + Connect clients with appropriate resources and services.

Documentation (30%)
* Maintain accurate, timely and confidential client records including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

Administrative Duties (5%)
* Maintain productivity standards as required by program management
* Participate in staff meetings and training
* Assist with program development and evaluation.
* Invest in regular networking with stakeholders and/or the community to promote the program and services, answer questions and ensure referrals.
* Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.

** Full time. Flexible day schedule at school site: 7:00am to 3:30pm, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Community site would include early evening hours.

* ** A minimum of one year of post-master’s clinical experience with major mental illness, counseling/therapy, and/or substance use/abuse treatment

*** Nebraska Provisional Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) or Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) required
* Licensed Alcohol Drug Abuse Counselor (LADC) preferred
* Certified Marriage and Family Therapist (CMFT) preferred
