At Executive Home Care, we’re looking for compassionate and dependable CNAs and Caregivers to join our team and provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors throughout Omaha, NE.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide compassionate, individualized support based on each client’s care plan.
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation when needed
  • Perform light housekeeping to help maintain a safe and comfortable home
  • Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs
  • Complete accurate care notes and communicate with the care team
  • Follow each client’s individualized care plan and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous caregiving or senior care experience preferred
  • CNA certification preferred, but not required
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
  • Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to client care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
  • Ability to perform physical caregiving duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Smartphone required for Well Sky timekeeping
  • Fluent in English
